CCD-Fast Ethernet USB Powered Media Converters (SC/ST/LC/MT-RJ)

Fast Ethernet USB Powered 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX 2Km (SC/MM) Fibre Optic media converters are also available in Single Mode distances of 20/40/60/80/100/120 km.

Models available with SC, ST, LC or MT-RJ Terminations in Multi Mode or Single Mode variations.

They offer the flexibility of an AC mains plug pack, or they can be powered from your PC or Notebooks
USB port when AC power is unavailable or inconvenient. The USB cable is approximately 1.5 metre's in lenght.

CCD SFP transceivers are available with a variety of different transmitter and receiver types,
allowing users to select the appropriate transceiver for each link to provide the required optical distance
over the available optical fibre type (e.g. multi-mode fibre or single-mode fibre).

Optical SFP modules are commonly available in several different categories: 850 nm 550m MMF (SX),
1310 nm 10 km SMF (LX), 1550 nm [40 km (XD), 80 km (ZX), 120 km (EX or EZX) and CWDM.

SFP tranceivers are also available with a copper cable interface, allowing a host device designed primarily
for optical fibre communications to also communicate over unshielded twisted pair networking cable.
There are also CWDM and single-fibre "bi-directional" (1310/1490 nm Upstream/Downstream) SFPs.

The Fast Ethernet WDM unmanaged media converter is designed to convert data signal
between 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX using WDM (wave division multiplexing technology)
for single fibre transmissionusing only one fibre cable to transmit and receivedata saving you half
the cabling costs.

These converters must be used as a pair.
